What Is Countertop Installation & Replacement?
Countertop installation and replacement swaps worn, stained, or damaged counters for new surfaces, matched to your cabinets and sink cutout. In Dutton, MT kitchens and bathrooms, this is one of the most impactful upgrades for both appearance and daily function.
Why You Need It
Countertop seams that have separated or surfaces with deep scratches and stains aren't just cosmetic, they can trap bacteria and moisture, particularly around sink cutouts. A countertop that's chipped near the edge can also become a safety hazard over time.
Our Process
1. Consultation and Material Selection
We discuss material options, edge profiles, and sink configuration before scheduling templating.
2. Templating
Precise measurements and templates are taken of your cabinet layout to ensure an exact fit for fabrication.
3. Removal of Old Countertops
Existing counters are removed carefully, with attention to plumbing and cabinet connections underneath.
4. Installation and Sealing
New countertops are set, seams finished, sink and faucet reconnected, and edges sealed before final inspection.
What to Expect
Countertop projects typically involve a templating visit followed by a fabrication period before installation, which itself usually takes less than a day. We coordinate the schedule so your kitchen or bathroom is out of service for the shortest time possible.
